其实现在公司就是这样，他们不会告诉你你会落选，而总是一句很委婉的话你回去等!同志们，回去等呢当然也不是说没有一点希望，但是这样的机会真的是太渺茫了。其实考官真的准备选择你的话他们会现场和你谈薪水，或者现场给你发公司的内部表格，更直接的就是和你谈什么时候上岗。

但是第十一次我成功了，我发现，面试的时候没有偶然，全是必然的结果!你没有好的方法就是不行。我仍然面试的是销售这个职业，我发现，你既然面试销售这个职业，说明你很愿意和人打交道。销售这个概念其实也很简单，外面卖瓜子的也可以叫销售，其实人家也可以叫做直销。那么你面试销售，在你面前的考官你便不能把他当成考官那么严肃，更多的你要把他当成你的客户，而你要把自己这份简历卖出去。尤其在谈话的过程中，最好上来不要直接谈工作，谈点其他的，谈点现在最流行的，大家最关心的。因为你可要知道，作为销售经理，他可是天天和人交谈，性格也一般都是外向的。如果你的性格内项，他问一句，你答一句，那么你放心，十有八九回家等消息!如果你和他调侃，谈谈东谈谈西，最后再谈回来，以朋友的感觉去和他交谈，那么我相信成功十拿九稳。难道不是吗?销售这个职业不就是随时的和客户保持良好的沟通吗?其实对于你所销售的产品你不一定要对它非常的熟悉，我想公司也不需要你把这个产品了解的比技术支持还要精通，简单的掌握一下就可以了。凭我的经验，考官不会拿太专业的行业知识来为难你的。只要你和他的交谈是愉快的基本上就差不多了。当然具体的实际行动，就得是仁者见仁的做法了，要看你的临场发挥能力了。

说了这样的一个经历，我想对大家还是有点帮助的。当然也不是所有的职业都是这样，但是至少和人打交道的职业必须经过这一步。因为你都没有更好的办法和销售经理去沟通，你以后怎么能够和客户沟通?当然你说和销售经理是第一次见面不好意思也不知道说点什么?那么在销售这个职业的实际工作当中我们所遇到的人基本上都是第一次见面的。
