这是因为你不了解记忆的规则，也不掌握背单词的技巧。现在我给大家介绍几种方法。

9、循环记忆法，任何先进的单词记忆法都必须进行反复记忆。学了可能会遗忘，为了防止遗忘，一定要不断发进行阶段性复习。可以把单词和重点句子写在长片上放在口袋里或贴在桌子上、放在枕头连随时记忆。有些单词不是你记不住，而是你重复的次数不够多。
五、培养良好的语感。什幺是语感？语感具有一听就清，一说就顺，一写就通，一读就懂的功能。那幺，怎样培养语感呢？
1、从听力训练开始，在听力方面，一是听课文录音带，去感知模仿形成正确的语音、语调，二是听英语广播、电视节目及原声电影等，三是认真对待我们平时的听力训练，要沉着、冷静、细心，抓关键词，瞄准下一个句子和题目。
2、朗读、背诵是培养语感的捷径。主要是多读课文及听力教材，要将一个单词读准，一个句子读顺，一篇文章读烂，平时朝读时要最大声、最快速、最清晰地读。通过诵读，同学们可对文章的语意、语法、语气、语调、节奏、重音了然于心。

这似乎让人觉得文明旅行是梦，只是梦，不是现实。结果红灯继续跑，文明出行离我们的生活有点远。关于红灯，文明出行引发的安全事故引发了一些人的`争论。有人认为文明出行的责任在机动车。有志愿者认为“我从来不闯红灯，但是有的车就是不让行人，哪怕是我们的绿灯。他们也要经过。我们只能停车让车。毕竟人生第一。”作为机动车驾驶员，还有一种说法。他们认为，机动车与非机动车之间的许多事故大多是由非机动车方不遵守信号灯或标线造成的。而“中国式过马路”的现象让他们苦不堪言。

我们没有到过农村，也没有见识过农田，对于生产粮食这一块不了解，但是我们可以从电视从书籍中了解到粮食生产的艰辛，我们的盘中餐，都是用辛苦换来的，不要浪费，粮食是有限的，我们现在能够吃到足够的粮食，要感谢农民伯伯的付出，在平日里面，我们吃饭的时候不要随意的浪费粮食，吃完饭后，记得一定不能留下粮食，每一粒粮食都很珍贵，都不能浪费，不要说我们获取的简单，用钱换回来的，属于等价交换。
如果大家认为，自己买回来的粮食可以随意的挥霍，那就大错特错，当我们把大把的粮食变成了垃圾，倾倒在垃圾桶里面，当我们没有粮食的时候我们又该如何做。不要身在福中不知福，不要辜负了农民伯伯的辛苦种出来的粮食。我们现在吃饱了，但是世界上依然有很多人在挨饿，需要粮食填饱肚子，我们节约下来的每一粒粮，都会发挥它们应有的作用，去拯救更多的人。
永远不要忽视这一点，我们算一算，如果我们每天都浪费粮食不多也就二三十粒，一天三餐，一年有三百六十五天，然后数一数，算一算我们光一年就需要浪费多少粮食，我这还是按照最少的浪费算的，很多同学为了吃零食把很多粮食都倒进了垃圾桶里面，却不知道这是在糟蹋农民伯伯的血汗。在浪费世界上有限的资源。

同学们，我想你们大家一定都知道火灾的报警电话：119！那如果我问你，每年的“世界消防日”是几月几日，你知道吗？要是不知道的话让我来告诉你，太好记啦，那就是把火警电话拆开，119变成11月9日，怎么样，很容易就记住了吧！再过几天就要到“11.9世界消防日”啦。
这段时间我们大家都很明显地感觉到天气渐渐变冷了，冬天的脚步声也离我们越来越近。前几天我在家看电视，电视剧里有个老爷爷，每天夜里都会敲着梆子走街串巷，一边敲一边喊：“天干物燥，小心火烛！”我问妈妈，老爷爷喊的是什么意思。妈妈说：那是因为每年到了秋冬季节，气候就会变得很干燥，这时候很多像木头啊、纸张啊等等易燃物就会变得很容易被点燃，而因为天气寒冷，人们往往又喜欢烤火取暖，所以一不小心就很容易引起火灾。
而这时候，人们对于消防安全知识的贫乏和对消防安全意识的淡薄就常常会让我们看到、听到一幕幕血的教训。给大家讲个真实的故事吧，今年8月9日，就在离今年的“119消防安全日”整整还有三个月的那天凌晨，在我们瑞安市锦湖街道的一幢3层楼民房里就发生了火灾，租住在房内的13个人，最后有7人不幸遇难，有4人成功逃生，另外两名被困者被消防员叔叔成功救出，遇难者中包括了一家整整5条生命。
多么惨痛的教训啊。今年“119消防安全日”的宣传主题是“认识火灾，学会逃生”。那么今天我们就来学习一下作为一个孩子，咱们所应该掌握的一些火场逃生和自救的方法。
谁都知道我们还只是个十一二岁的孩子，我们都还不具备像爸爸妈妈他们那样的思维能力和体力，所以，为了保护我们青少年的合法权益和生命安全，国家是明令禁止学校、机关和其他社会团体组织中小学参加灭火的。因此，同学们请记住，一旦遇到火灾紧急状况，千万不要盲目地想去以自己微薄的力量试图救火，而是要保持冷静，学会自救的方法并在保证自己安全的情况下立刻向消防部门报警。
好吧，接下来，咱们就说说自救的方法。首先，无论我们身处什么地方，比如爸爸妈妈带我们去住酒店、去商场逛街，在这些又大又拥挤的地方，我们一定要注意留心它的安全出口在哪里，不知道大家有没有注意到，比如我们入住酒店的房间，往往在房间的门背后都会贴有一张安全疏散地图，上面就清楚的标明了我们房间所处的位置，还有离我们最近的安全出口，以及逃生的线路。而一旦发生火灾，这些公共场合里的安全出口指示灯就会亮起，不要慌张，我们一定要找到这些在黑暗和浓雾中亮起的生命之灯，它们会指引我们逃生的方向。其次，一旦意识到自己被火围困时，一定要立即想办法马上逃离，千万不要贪恋财物，试图带走自己的东西，因为在这世界上没有任何东西比生命更加可贵。还有就是一定要想办法保护好自己的呼吸系统，火灾发生时，最最致命的往往不是火焰，而是滚滚的浓烟，这些有毒的烟雾足以在火焰接触到你之前就伤害到你的生命，所以一旦火灾发生，一定要第一时间找到水源，然后把毛巾或衣服打湿，用他们捂住自己的口鼻，避免吸入烟雾，引起中毒或被热空气灼伤呼吸系统软组织造成窒息致死。穿过浓烟逃生时，也一定要尽量让自己的身体贴近地面，哪怕是爬行着逃离。

大家能够从各个地方来，汇聚到一起，组成一个班级是非常不容易的，这就是我们之间的缘分。我们能够成为一个班级的同学，就是因为缘分，我们必须要珍惜。我们班是一个非常快乐的班级，课堂的气氛非常的活跃，班会或者搞活动的时候也非常的开心，处处都充满着欢乐。我很喜欢我们的班级，也很喜欢班级里的所有同学。能够和你们成为一个班的同学，我非常的开心。因为有你们在，学习都变得不枯燥了，学校也变得好看了。以前上学的时候，我总是期待着放假，但现在放假的时候，我总是期待着快点开学，因为很想见到大家。
我们同学之间非常的友爱，互相帮助。记得有一次我生病了请了一天的假，不知道老师布置了什么作业。第二天回到学校的时候，同学们都很热心的把前一天的作业告诉我，老师也跟我说我可以晚一点交。因为缺了一天的课，所以老师上课讲了什么我不知道，所以作业我也不会做。同学们都很热心的告诉我，一到下课时间，我座位旁边就围了很多的同学，都是来教我写作业的，不知道还以为我们在玩游戏。
我也很喜欢我们班的所有的任课老师，他们为了让我们更好的学习知识，花费了很多的时间，消耗了很多的心血。有什么不会的题目，老师也会很耐心的给我们解答。有的时候听了很多遍之后，还是没有听明白，老师也不会不耐烦，会很有耐心的给我解答。每一位老师都是这样的，我很喜欢我们班的每一位老师。我们的班主任老师是最累的，因为我们都比较的活泼，所以纪律比较的难管，我想对班主任老师说，我们以后会更加听话的。
我也爱我们班的教室、课桌、讲台、黑板，因为它们也是我们班级的一份子。我从来都不会在我的课桌上写写画画，因为我想让我的课桌干干净净的。但若是想保护好我们班的每一个组成部分，光靠我自己的力量是不够的，需要大家都行动起来。我们班也有很多的缺点，但没有人是可以做到没有缺点的，所以我们并没有要求自己一定要做到完美。有一个词叫瑕不掩瑜，所以就算我们班有很多的缺点，我也依然爱我们班，爱xx这个大集体。

还有一次，妈妈准备带我到佳世客书城去看书，我坐在妈妈的电瓶车后面，向佳世客书城方向驶去。走到小石桥路口时，红灯亮了，妈妈停了下来。这时，一位大爷驾驶着三轮车也停在我们的旁边。我用余光稍稍打量了这位大爷，五十多岁，个子不高，车上装着一些蔬菜。忽然，我发现，大爷的三轮车上有一根绳子掉在地上，并且在地上拖出老长的距离。我想，如果绳子绕到车轮上或其它地方，可能发生危险。我赶紧说：“大爷、大爷，您车上的绳子掉了。”大爷愣了一下，朝我看了看，没有吱声。我用手指了指他三轮车的后面。大爷醒悟过来了，赶紧下车，很麻利地将绳子重新绑好。接着，大爷轻轻地拍拍我的肩膀，说：“好孩子，太谢谢你了”。我略带羞涩地笑了笑。这时，绿灯亮了，我和妈妈继续向书城方向驶去。
今后，我将一如既往地加入到创建文明城市的洪流中去，为烟台这个大家庭做一些力所能及的事，成为一个合格的小市民。

以前的中国破败不堪任人宰割，但是直到今天英勇的中国人民站起来了。他们夺回了属于自己的自由，并掌握了自己的命运，就如我命由我不由天一样。
现在，勤劳勇敢的中国人在属于自己的领地上繁衍生息，在这短短的70年中。我们的家园变得更加迷人，更加强大，创造了属于我们自己的国际空间站发射了，属于我们自己的卫星，研究出了先进的航母与战斗机，这些都是我国独立研发的。大型核武器原子弹，至今都是我国自己生产。在历史上，从来没有这样的国家。我爱我的祖国，我为我自己是一个黄皮肤黑头发的中国人而感到骄傲与自豪。

the first time i saw bao was in xx, the year when thomas and uber cup was held. at that time he was playing against li zongwei, who is also a good player from malaysia. bao beat him.
to tell the truth, at first the reason why i liked him was just because i thought he was pretty.*(maybe it is not a suitable word, but i think no better word can describe him, he is really pretty!) from that time, i have focused on him.
then gradually, i found that he not only has good appearance, but also has a talent for badminton.
he is very tall, about 1.90 meters. he is the tallest one among all the players in the chinese badminton team.
in xx, he is chosen as the flag holder stands for china in the opening ceremony in the 15th asian games held in doha. it was the first time that the badminton players were chosen to take over the special task, before which time, it belonged to the basketball players. it was a great honor.
and it also proved that bao was an excellent athlete. we are all proud of him.
he began to play badminton when he was at primary school. in xx, he won his first good medal, which was significant to him, in guangzhou. because of that, he entered the chinese badminton team.
as he is as old as lin dan, who is the top one in the world, he is always put into a situation which is not good to him. he seldom beats lin dan, so he gained a name which is called’千年老二’. in fact, his techniques are ***prehensive, but he is lack of passion, the desire to win is not so strong.
so he always has misplays. due to this, he seldom wins the gold medal. i think this is related to his character.
he is easygoing and couth; he looks as if he will never get angry with anybody. so this affects him while he is playing badminton. in a period of time, critical voice has ***e towards him.
he is under great pressure. he was not in the best state. but recently he cheers up again.
several days ago, the chinese badminton championship xx was held in guangzhou. i went to see him on saturday. i was very excited, and i shouted loudly, hoping he could hear me.
there is no doubt that he won the game. before he went away, he waved hand to us, how excited i was at that time! the next day, he beat li zongwei again and he won the man’s single gold medal.
all of us are very happy. after 7 years, which could be a long time for an athlete, he proved himself again in guangzhou, which is considered as his lucky place.
i think this will be the energy of his advancing. and i hope he can keep this fighting will and win the gold medal in the 29th olympic games held in beijing!

it is the interaction of these xxplementary extremes that produces harmony, as laozi said, extremes meet. since the marathon, this notion of two opposite forces working together has been my running partner, so to speak. yin and yang exist everywhere, constantly interacting, and never existing in an absolute condition.

it is a great honor and pleasure to be here on this beautiful saturday morning to share with you my sentiments about life and passion for the english language.
about a year and a half ago, i took part in my very first english speech contest. when i stood before the microphone with all eyes starring directly at me, i could hardly speak. i stood there, embarrassed and helpless, struggling in vain for the right thing to say.
my fears had paralyzed me.
while my passion for english has never changed, i lost my courage to speak in public. when my professor again encouraged me to take part in this ***petition, i said “no.” i couldn’t endure yet another painful experience.
he looked me straight in the eye and said something that pierced my heart. i will never f***et his words. “look,” he said, “we all have our fears, and you have yours.
you could twist your ankle in a basketball game, but then be afraid to ever play again. running away can never dispel your fears, but action will. a winner is not one who never fails，but one who never quits.

i’m very honored to stand here and give you a short speech! my topic is opportunities and challenges.
first, i would like to know, what does your destiny offer you? happiness, wisdom, a strong body or something else. if i had asked this question to president nixon, he would probably had said,”our destiny offers not the cup of despair, but the chalice of opportunity.
”needless to say, one of the biggest opportunities given to china is the 20xx olympic games. till now, we have used two sevenths of the preparation time. how much changes have you seen?
new roads, new subway lines, public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors, large blocks of grass fields, and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.
other than those, there are even more good effects brought to us by the olympic games that cannot be seen directly. for example, more and more people will get to know china. i’m sure the mysterious chinese culture will attract them strongly.
and the games will also do good to the economy and environment, for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. what is more, olympic games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of chinese youth with the olympic values and the olympic spirit. now that we have seen so many advances, could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
i’ve already said a lot about the olympics and china. but i think everyone should use some time to think of this question, ”does the olympic games have any special meaning to you?”
for us, i mean the chinese youth, 20xx olympic games is a tremendous gift. because what we are waiting for is to do something significant as repaying the love given to us .the society is just like a ship, and in our dreams the captain is waving his hand and saying ”hey!

think it over, my friends. the things we can do are definitely not unrealistic. although we cannot provide with a clean energy source, achieve a better sewage treatment system, or stop any industry from using hazardous chemicals and releasing hazardous wastes, we can save every drop of water and protect every patch of green.
make beijing a more beautiful city, where green patches are everywhere and blue sky can be seen clearly above our heads.

bertrand russell december 30, 1954 i am speaking not as a briton, not as a european, not as a member of a western democracy, but as a human being, a member of the species man, whose continued existence is in doubt. the world is full of conflicts: jews and arabs; indians and pakistanis; white men and negroes in africa; and, overshadowing all minor conflicts, the titanic struggle between ***muni** and anti***muni**.
almost everybody who is politically conscious has strong feelings about one or more of these issues; but i want you, if you can, to set aside such feelings for the moment and consider yourself only as a member of a biological species which has had a remarkable history and whose disappearance none of us can desire. i shall try to say no single word which should appeal to one group rather than to another. all, equally, are in peril, and, if the peril is understood, there is hope that they may collectively avert it.
we have to learn to think in a new way. we have to learn to ask ourselves not what steps can be taken to give military victory to whatever group we prefer, for there no longer are such steps. the question we have to ask ourselves is:
what steps can be taken to prevent a military contest of which the issue must be disastrous to all sides? the general public, and even many men in positions of authority, have not realized what would be involved in a war with hydrogen bombs. the general public still thinks in terms of the obliteration of cities.
it is understood that the new bombs are more powerful than the old and that, while one atomic bomb could obliterate hiroshima, one hydrogen bomb could obliterate the largest cities such as london, new york, and moscow. no doubt in a hydrogen-bomb war great cities would be obliterated. but this is one of the minor disasters that would have to be faced.
if everybody in london, new york, and moscow were exterminated, the world might, in the course of a few centuries, recover from the blow. but we now know, especially since the bikini test, that hydrogen bombs can gradually spread destruction over a much wider area than had been supposed. it is stated on very good authority that a bomb can now be manufactured which will be 25,000 times as powerful as that which destroyed hiroshima.
such a bomb, if exploded near the ground or under water, sends radioactive particles into the upper air. they sink gradually and reach the su***ce of the earth in the form of a deadly dust or rain. it was this dust which infected the japanese fishermen and their catch of fish although they were outside what american experts believed to be the danger zone.
no one knows how widely such lethal radioactive particles might be diffused, but the best authorities are unanimous in saying that a war with hydrogen bombs is quite likely to put an end to the human race. it is feared that if many hydrogen bombs are used there will be universal death - sudden only for a fortunate minority, but for the majority a slow torture of disease and disintegration... here, then, is the problem which i present to you, stark and dreadful and inescapable:
shall we put an end to the human race1 or shall mankind renounce war? people will not face this alternative because it is so difficult to abolish war. the abolition of war will demand distasteful limitations of national sovereignty.
but what perhaps impedes understanding of the situation more than anything else is that the term 'mankind' feels vague and abstract. people scarcely realize in imagination that the danger is to themselves and their children and their grandchildren, and not only to a dimly apprehended humanity' and so they hope that perhaps war may be allowed to continue provided modern weapons are prohibited. i am afraid this hope is illusory.
whatever agreements not to use hydrogen bombs had been reached in time of peace, they would no longer be considered binding in time of war, and both sides would set to work to manufacture hydrogen bombs as soon as war broke out, for if one side manufactured the bombs and the other did not, the side that manufactured them would inevitably be victorious... as geological time is reckoned, man has so far existed only for a very short period one million years at the most. what he has achieved, especially during the last 6,000 years, is something utterly new in the history of the co**os, so far at least as we are acquainted with it.
for countless ages the sun rose and set, the moon waxed and waned, the stars shone in the night, but it was only with the ***ing of man that these things were understood. in the great world of astronomy and in the little world of the atom, man has unveiled secrets which might have been thought undiscoverable. in art and literature and religion, some men have shown a sublimity of feeling which makes the species worth preserving.
is all this to end in trivial horror because so few are able to think of man rather than of this or that group of men? is our race so destitute of wisdom, so incapable of impartial love, so blind even to the ******st dictates of self-preservation, that the last proof of its silly cleverness is to be the extermination of all life on our pla***? - for it will be not only men who will perish, but also the animals, whom no one can accuse of ***muni** or anti***muni**.
i cannot believe that this is to be the end. i would have men f***et their quarrels for a moment and reflect that, if they will allow themselves to survive, there is every reason to expect the triumphs of the future to exceed immeasurably the triumphs of the past. there lies before us, if we choose, continual progress in happiness, knowledge, and wisdom.
shall we, instead, choose death, because we cannot f***et our quarrels? i appeal, as a human being to human beings: remember your humanity, and f***et the rest.

一位山林农夫出于爱心，救了一只受重伤的小蟒蛇，并把它带回家精心照料，他们在一起生活了很长时间，小蟒蛇渐渐地通了人性，有一天，农夫被困在了着了大火的房子里，小蟒蛇为了报答他的救命之恩，纵身窜入火海，用尾巴缠住农夫，把他甩了出来，而小蟒蛇却在房屋倒塌的那一瞬间永远地被埋在了火海中。小蟒蛇用它的生命报答了曾经给予它生命的农夫，动物尚有如此感恩之心，可我们人类又做得如何呢?
一艘载有数百人的大型轮船在海上失火沉没，许多人都失去了生命，只有90多人生还。乘客中有一位游泳专家来回游了十几次，连续救起二十多人后，双脚因严重抽筋导致残疾，必须终身坐在轮椅上，他一直大叫着问自己：“我尽力了吗?”几年后他生日的那天，有人问他一生中最深刻的记忆是什么?他伤感地说：“我记得那被我救起的二十多人当中，没有一人来向我道谢。”
