我进入瓦大学经过多年的艰苦学习和准备。但大学的生活并不像我所期望的那样令人满意。我变得懒惰，不想学习。我成为silcent。我变得困惑。我不知道我将来能做什么。然后我变得不快乐。
四年在大学只是一个短暂的时间相比，我的一生。现在已经过去了一半。在这一年里，许多人，如我的父母，我的朋友，问我想做什么，并告诉我制定一个计划，我的生活。我不想按照他们的建议，我想去我的风格。所以我仔细地思考。我是一个年轻的志愿者(志愿者)五年。很高兴和意义。然后我有一个梦想，我想加入大学生志愿者去西部计划。我想我可以成为一名在西方的老师，我想尽力帮助他们，帮助我。我想清楚地看世界。现在我不能达到其要求，这是非常困难的，但我会在接下来的两年的努力。俗话说：“凡有意愿，有办法。(有志者事竟成)“我想我的'梦想可以成真。现在在大学我成熟了，在大学我准备真实的世界。

且不论成绩好坏，每个中国学生都花了大量时间学英语，但最后的结果缺不尽如人意。我个人以为，英语学习者也不妨在下工夫学习之前，先多看看各种前人的英语学习经验。
我上小学时，老师只教了二十六个字母。到了初中，英语非常差，在班级里是倒数。考试倒数，被英语老师批评，非常难过，但就是不知道怎么学，好像也没有人告诉我应该怎么学，或者人家告诉我应该怎么学，我也听不进去。浑浑噩噩到了初三，实在给逼地没有办法了，只好像很多人推荐的那样，背书，从初一的课本背起，一直背到初三的英语课本，中考也还考的不错。
到了高中，还是很迷茫。可能男生都不喜欢背书，实在不是背逼的万不得已，都不会去背书。好在我有看书，看报纸，看杂志的习惯，每天放学，只要一有时间，就到县图书馆的阅览室去看报纸，杂志。记不得是在高一还是高二，突然在报纸上看到一个正版，都是一个叫扶忠汗的台湾人写的英语学习的文章，他说，英语学习就是用英语。比如说，你学了一个THIS IS A的句型，那你就要马上把它用起来，THIS IS A BOOK。 THIS IS A DESK。 THIS IS A ROOM。 THIS IS A CHAIR。等等。用多了，用了一千遍，THIS IS A的这个句型也就会了。
我读了这篇文章，感觉非常有道理。一个句型，我用一千遍，不久会了吗？一个单词，我用一千遍，不久会了码？那怎么才能用一千遍呢？我想，对，阅读！阅读多了，不就一个句型用一千遍，一个单词用以前遍吗？
我就到图书馆的书库里找英语方面的书。可巧，我找到一本《英语学习》的合订本。里面有简单的文章，也有复杂的文章。我就从里面简单的有趣文章开始看起。简单的文章看完了，再看略微难一些的文章。记得有一篇很有趣的文章，但很难，生词很多，我就一个生词一个生词的查着看，看的脑子疼，大概整整花了两周时间才把这一篇文章看懂。就这样，一点点看下来，一本书看下来，考试的阅读理解和完型填空我就看的懂，做起来就不费劲了。
后来，高考因为英语是强项，就考了英语系。
到了大学，进了大学图书馆的外文书库，看到那么多英文书，高兴地简直要发疯。大学虽然有很多好老师，但也许自己自学自由自在惯了，课倒没有认真听多少，就是到图书馆里借书，看书，还书，再到图书馆借书，或者在图书馆的阅览室里，一呆就是一个上午，一个下午，一个晚上。
大一的时候，借书证一办下来，就去借了几本原版英文名著，但生词太多，实在看不懂，放在手里几个月，又还回去了。郁闷了一段时间，再一看，自己手里才发的《大学英语泛读教程》不也很好看，而且不难，不就很好吗？我就一口气把《泛读教程》看完了，再回头找几本简单的原版英文读物，看起来非常吃力，但拼命查英语词典，开始一天就看两页，还行，就继续往下看，慢慢地也就把一本JACK LONDON的WHITE FANG看完了。看完了第一本英文原著，长吁了一口气，哎，终于把一本真正的英文书看完了。
底下，越看越有趣，一发不可收拾，大学学英语就是自己找英文原著，开始都是找英语小说。大三的时候，看英文版的《战争与和平》，整整两个月，看的头都晕了。看完以后，又是一番感慨，这本1400多页的英文书都看下来了，再看别的英文书就不怕了。
后来，对国际政治感兴趣，就看国际政治方面的英文理论书，美国的历史，地理，文化方面的大学教科书。大学四年下来，我读的英文书码在一起，感觉要比我的人还高。不经意间，英语就通了。
现在回想，可以说，扶忠汗先生的一篇文章奠定了我的英语学习的基础。我以后的英语基本上按照他说的英语学习就是用英语的思想去做的。现在想想也后怕。但再想想，偶然中有必然。如果自己不有意去找，又怎么可能遇到扶忠汗先生的好文章。
英语学习的起步阶段，总结前人的经验，站在前人的肩膀之上。然后指导一个合理的目标和计划，找到一个许多实践证明的成功的方法。有一个参照，再去努力，出现问题了，心里也有准备，对比一下，就知道问题是什么，如何解决，成功的可能性就要大许多。
对于后来的学习者，我个人感觉，你们的学习条件要比我当年的要好得多。特别是现在的网络非常发达，用GOOGLE可以，用BAIDU也可以，都可以找到很多英语学习的经验。有什么问题，直接把问题总结一下，写在GOOGLE或者BAIDU的搜索框里，一搜就会出来许多关于英语学习经验的结果。然后把搜索出来的网页一一打开。慢慢地，细细地看下来，尤其是现在的英语学习者的成功经验，要多看看，多想想。
在搜索的结果里，有很多是英语学习网站上收录的。一般来说，一个英语学习网站要想站的住，或者一个站的住，一个有了一段时间的网站，都有一个英语学习经验的栏目，收录相当多的英语学习经验。查到一个英语学习网站上英语学习经验栏目上的文章，看完后，可以反过来把整个英语学习网站上关于英语学习经验栏目的所有经验都看一下。几个英语学习网站的英语学习经验栏看下来，怎么学英语，自己就有了一个比较深入正确的认识。
Cutting through complexity to find a solution runs through four predictable stages: determine a goal, find the highest-leverage approach, discover the ideal technology for that approach, and in the meantime, make the smartest application of the technology that you already have — whether it’s something sophisticated, like a drug, or something simpler, like a bednet.

The AIDS epidemic offers an example. The broad goal, of course, is to end the disease. The highest-leverage approach is prevention. But their work is likely to take more than a decade, so in the meantime, we have to work with what we have in hand – and the best prevention approach we have now is getting people to avoid risky behavior.

You have to have the statistics, of course. You have to be able to show that a program is vaccinating millions more children. My mother, who was filled with pride the day I was admitted here – never stopped pressing me to do more for others. A few days before my wedding, she hosted a bridal event, at which she read aloud a letter about marriage that she had written to Melinda. My mother was very ill with cancer at the time, but she saw one more opportunity to deliver her message, and at the close of the letter she said: "From those to whom much is given, much is expected."

For a few hours every week, you can use the growing power of the Internet to get informed, find others with the same interests, see the barriers, and find ways to cut through them.

You graduates are coming of age in an amazing time. As you leave Harvard, you have technology that members of my class never had. You have awareness of global inequity, which we did not have. You have more than we had; you must start sooner, and carry on longer.

good morning. it’s my great honor to be here and i am very happy to see you all. thank you for being here. what i am going to talk about today is how to speak good english.
first of all, i’d like to talk about the importance of speaking good english and share my experience in learning english with you. as you know, english has become an international language. wherever you go, english is always commonly used. it is convenient to know the language. at the same time, english may be the most important factor in deciding which countries are leaders in the future. the language of the most advanced management and technology is undoubtedly english. being able to absorb this information is really the key to the new century. in the 21century. we can’t go there and speak our own language because nobody is going to learn it in order to understand us. our asian rival, india, has surged ahead of other developing countries in information technology because of its superior english skills. unless we are able to master english, we will not be able to get our population to use it and take advantage of the new economy. there is an urgent need to have a workforce which is proficient in the language in view of the information technology onslaught.
second, about learning english, i think laying a strong foundation is the first and most important step. in other words, you should read and speak english every day. memorizing new words and phrases is also helpful. of course, learning english takes some time, so don’t be impatient. remember, rome wasn’t built in a day. and then since english is not our native tongue, we must develop the muscles of your speech organs to produce unfamiliar sounds. when you read, read as loudly as possible, as clearly as possible and as quickly as possible. tongue muscles’ training is of importance in learning any foreign language.
third, if you want to speak good english, please don’t care how poorly well you speak, only care about catching the chances to speak. you must enjoy losing face; just forget about your face. the more you speak, the better your english will become. the more mistakes you make, the more.progress you will make. you must enjoy speaking poor english, because speaking is the only thing that will lead you towards success. don’t give up. just try your best. every time you move your mouth, your memory will deepen, your muscles will strengthen. you can make it.
i have made a considerable amount of public english speaking in my life. i am often asked why the crazy english method is better than other methods or if the crazy english method will help all english learners. my answer is: the method will help the english learners because it is a perfect match with the chinese principles of diligence, self-help and determination. mere exposure to english will not enable you to speak english. if you want to drive you have to get in the car and drive, if you want to dance you have to turn on the music and dance, if you want to swim you have to jump in the water and swim. in fact, swimming is the perfect comparison to learning english. you can’t learn to swim by sitting in a room and reading books about swimming skills. in order to be a swimmer, you’ve got to conquer you fear, you’ve got to survive and suck in water, yell for help, you’ve got to lose face many times before you can make it. but, to be a good swimmer you’ve got to practice again and again. to be a great swimmer you have to practice for years until you can harmonize every
part of your body and mind.
finally, i want to greet you and encourage you to seize this unique opportunity to conquer english and make lifelong friends from all over our college. as you know, we are human beings, not animals. we know what we want to do. we know our destiny is in our hands. with hard work and determination, we can do anything we set our mind to do. today, i will accompany you every minute on this unique journey. i want you to open your heart, i want you to be devoted, i want you to be crazy, i want you to forget about your face, i want to open your mouth wildly, i want you conquer your laziness and all the other human weaknesses, i want you to overcome all the obstacles that hold you back.

说课标说教材演讲稿
尊敬的各位领导、各位老师：
大家好！很荣幸有这样的机会，能在这里和大家一起交流、**对于英语教学的一点想法。我说的教材是新目标七年级英语下册unit 6 i’m watching tv.
恳请大家多提宝贵意见。
下面，我将从说课标、说教材、说建议三个大方面进行研说。
首先说课标。
义务教育阶段英语课程标准的总目标：通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力，促进心智发展，提高综合人文素养。具体表现在语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、文化意识和情感态度五个方面。
这五个方面共同促进三维目标的完成。
根据英语《课程标准》的要求，unit 6 对应的课程目标是：能听懂有关话题的语段；能就熟悉的话题（日常活动）进行简单的交流信息；能读懂短文并抓住大意；能用短语和句子描述系列**。
本单元分别对语言知识、语言技能、学习策略、文化意识和情感态度5个方面提出了具体的内容标准。具体来说，语言知识方面要求掌握25个左右单词和短语，现在进行时态的构成和用法；语言技能方面要求能在日常生活中恰当理解和运用本单元话题范围内的单词和习惯用语；并能简短交谈，并在指导下参与角色扮演活动。在学习策略方面：
要求学生在观察别人的行为和活动时能用现在进行时来准确地表达所发生或进行的动作。在情感态度上：培养同学间的友好相处，同时能提高他们的观察能力和判断能力，激发他们对学习英语的兴趣和热情，在交际中敢于开口，积极参与。
在文化意识方面：了解西方人是如何表达或描述正在进行的动作。
第二、说教材。先说教材的编写特点。
七年级英语下册有以下几个特点：特点一：以话题为核心、 以功能为支撑、以结构为平台、以任务为载体；特点二：
话题与日常生活密切相关、强调日常交流的重要性；特点三：话题训练富有梯度，每个单元由看图学词汇，有对话训练、阅读和写作训练，体现了不同梯度。特点四：
透射出浓郁的文化气息。这篇课文中把中国的传统文化和西方对比，透射出浓郁的文化气息。
为了更好地理解新教材的编写意图，我将新旧版本进行了对比，发现了很多惊喜之处。新版教材对话题和单元做了很多调整、删减和增加。调整单元顺序主要出于话题和语法结构两方面的考虑。
旧人教版是unit5，新版调整到unit6. 单元内结构上无多大变化， 但单元内容上变化很大。如：
语法项目的重新编排
1. 重新编排的grammar focus**使得语法规律更清晰，也便于学生自己发现和归纳 。新教材设计了形式多样、不同层次的语法练习和活动。
2.和旧版对比，新版设计了更丰富、更实效的阅读材料：
（1）.修订后的阅读均采用读前、读中、读后三个步骤。
（2）.适当地增加了语篇输入量，为的是让学生更好地适应并过渡到八年级的阅读量。（3）. 修订后的教材在题材的选择上也更加贴近我国中学生的学习生活、兴趣爱好和心理特征。
3.增加示范对话(2d) 提供了相对真实、地道的口语模仿材料
4.增强了写作的过程性和指导性
说教材的第二个方面：编写体例及目的
每单元分为section a、section b 和self check部分。
section a主要介绍和学习本单元的基础语言知识（包括语法），进行核心词汇和核心句型的练习，并设计一些简单的任务，通过任务的完成，达到初步运用基础语言知识的目的。section b是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用,主要加强和提高学生在真实情境中运用所学语言知识的能力，并注意培养和发展学生的学习策略。self check供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。
单元内采用“语言的输入——学生的消化吸收——学生的语言输出”为主线编排的,突出学生的主体地位，目的在于培养提高学生的综合运用能力。
本单元的内容结构：本单元以“everyday activities”为话题，由听说课、读写课、语言运用课型组成。目的在于培养提高学生的综合运用能力
每个单元都在横向和纵向两方面做到了知识与技能的整合。横向联系：unit2,6,11,12话题都是有关日常生活的 ，本单元内句型的整合。
教材的纵向整合，即在学习新语法项目时，同已经学过的语法知识相对比。例如，在学习现在进行时时，把它的构成、用法同一般现在时相比较。
第三，说建议。新课标对教学建议有明确要求。
结合实际教学需要，教师可适当调整、删减、补充或替换教学内容。如，section a 3c，这是游戏和表演环节，对于基础好的同学应该是很有趣的，但在我们农村中学基础相对较差，实施起来比较费劲、费时，所以把它删减。
根据对课标的理解和自我**，我对本单元有5种教学建议，分别是用英语授课、英语情景剧、小组合作、4+1阅读法、手抄报书法比赛等。
在英语课程实施过程中，评价是重要组成部分，能起到画龙点睛的作用。英语课堂的评价要尽可能做到多元化，注重评价方法灵活性和多样性.要做到定性与定量评价相结合，注重形成性评价对学生的发展作用。
体现学生在评价中的主体地位。
我在教学工作中常用以下评价方式。方式一：学生自评，比如学生表演之后或一堂课结束时让学生自评；方式二：
小组评价，根据课堂表现组内可互评；方式三：班级评价，在实施小组合作学习时采用小组竞争机制，评选优秀小组；方式四：教师助评，课堂提问时对学生的回答口头评价，批阅作业时的评语，通过知识检测评价学习成果。
最后说说课程资源的开发与利用建议。
英语教学的特点之一是要使学生尽可能多地从不同渠道、以不同形式接触和学习英语。因此在英语教学中，除了合理有效地使用教材资源，还应积极利用学校资源，如学校图书馆、班级图书角，英语演讲比赛，英语书法展等。学生资源：

为此，首先要进行纠错，纠错时要求尽量用自己的语言，尽量写得细致，尽量写得完整，并建立自己的错题库，时常看看、翻翻，加强理解和记忆；在每章结束时要进行复习小结，进行知识梳理，收到了很好的效果。 本学期的失误是，没有抓好学生学习的主动性，没有抓好培优和优生工作（虽然超额完成了任务指标，但没有更大面积提高优生人数），没有让学生形成良好的行为习惯。对于培优对象提出了每天解决一个不懂不会的问题，但没有进行全面的检查落实。

对于孩子来讲，七年级是一个很好的重新建立信心，学好英语的机会，我们是从最基本的abc开始学的，即使以前没有任何基础，从现在开始认真学也是可以把英语学好的。很多孩子在小学都没有重视英语，家长也没有过多关注，我希望我们家长在了解了英语的重要性后能和孩子一起重视英语。
你们思想上重视了，无形中也给孩子以熏陶，重视与不重视肯定是完全不同的，在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文。其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好。所以下课后，我花在英语上的时间更少了。
事实上，要学好英语，40%的学生在课堂上，其余60%的学生在课后需要巩固和加深记忆。在课堂上，教师传授更多的新知识，当然也会有少量的时间来巩固新知识。但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度。
况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
第二，我想谈谈说英语的学习方法。英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语。学好英语只不过是听、说、读、写。
首先说一下听，不少学生都有和书相配套的磁带，复读机，学习机，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过。在课堂上听一点磁带，学生的听力就完全不能发展。不会听就不能说，而说白了，学了英语就是要说，听录音机跟读，目的应该是两种，一种同学是上课没有完全消化，听录音是补充学习的过程，另外一种是提高自己的听力和口语表达能力，要学生尽力地去模仿录音机里的发音，从而使自己的听力和口语都提高一个层次。
其次是说英语是一门语言，学习就是说，和别人交流。我们学的英语不应该是哑巴英语，让每个学生学会勇敢地说。在课堂上，我会用各种方法来激励学生，激发他们讲英语的热情。大多数学生确实做得很好。
放学回家也要说。在学校里，我鼓励学生把他们所学的英语会话应用到生活中，这样他们就能有更多的真实情况，给他们更多的发挥空间。在家里，希望家长也能鼓励学生说英语，也许你会说你自己也听不懂，请不要这样想，其实学生需要是你的鼓励，你听了他们说的只要简单表扬一句，他们就会很满足了。
有时候你们也可以不懂装懂，或者还可以让学生反过来教你，他们会觉得很自豪，因为自己所学派上了用场。

”学英语也是这样，很多家长也明白，学英语要培养语感，也就是语言的感觉，如果有很好的语感，那么不管是说话，做题目，还是写文章，都很轻松，很简单了。那么语感怎么来呢?就是靠读出来的。
我们必须是学生养成每天阅读英语的习惯，这是学习英语最基本的习惯。每天早上一定要读20分钟左右的英语，哪怕有时候时间来不及了，即使是迟到也要读，并且每天都坚持，绝不因任何原因间断。无论什么事情都贵在坚持嘛。
如果你的子女还没有养成这样的学习习惯，请你一定要督促他，刚开始也许会比较难，时间久了，就会习惯成自然。就像他们早上刷牙洗脸一样，让他们每天都把读英语当作必须。
最后是写。它主要是单词和短语的听写，这是学习英语的唯一途径。单词往往背过就容易会忘记，所以要不断的背默写，不断的翻新。
背单词的时候要边拼边写，嘴巴和手都要动起来，嘴上十遍不如手上一遍。家长在这里要作好检查督促的工作，不要用不懂英语来帮助你的孩子学会偷懒，你可以报中文，让你的孩子默写，然后对照书本批改订正，每天坚持的话，你一定会有意想不到的效果。也有句型。学生应了解句型在课堂上的意义和应用。

3．学习习惯差。没有做到每天记单词，或者记单词不动笔，上课记笔记要点名提醒，听力不做**，写完作文从来不检查，英语课文和笔记课后从来不读不看不记。千万不要做阅读，造成测试速度慢，效果差。
针对以上问题，我也研究了一些方法和策略，需要所有家长的配合和支持。
一。督促学生在家听英语磁带。最好每天坚持听5-10分钟，这对孩子的学习很有帮助。
2.尝试消化当天学到的单词，不要过多地完成任务。每天坚查10个单词，并在一个月内记住一本书中的单词。我将每天组织听写。错误较多的学生会要求他们及时改正。
请家长要检查听写本。
三。请家长督促孩子在家完成作业，以免他们匆忙到校时互相抄袭。每天回家要求记本单元的单词，有时会默写2a部分课文。这也是给学生一点压力，让他们知道，家长会经常检查自己的作业本，一定要认真写。

我去上学了，在老师的帮助下，我自己学会了阅读。一有时间，我就看书，像一只勤奋的小蜜蜂，在书园里孜孜不倦地采集花粉。在这里，我发现了一个又一个惊人的秘密：猿人是人类的祖先；在古代，人们钻木取火；百慕大三角的秘密还没有被揭开……哦，世界真奇妙！读书太棒了！

今天我演讲的题目是《学会倾听》。人生来就需要沟通，而沟通的前提就是要学会倾听，积极的倾听。哈佛公开课上对倾听这一行为进行里系统的研究，他们发现很多成功人士是善于倾听者。倾听可以帮助我们营造尊重他人、坦诚交流的氛围，并将其作为向别人学习的有效途径，从而开阔自己的视野，获得更多的知识。同时，倾听也可以帮助我们拉近与人交往的距离，加深彼此的感情，增进大家的友谊。
戴尔。卡耐基被誉为“美国现代成人教育之父”，是二十世纪最伟大的心灵导师。有一次，他到纽约去参加一个晚宴，碰到了一位出色的植物学家，在交流的过程中，他只是凝神静听，认真的听他介绍一些他所进行的实验。晚宴后，那位植物学家向晚宴的.主人极力地赞扬卡耐基，并说他是一个最有趣的谈话高手，而且非常能够鼓舞人心，然而事实上，卡耐基几乎没说过几句话，他只是非常专注地听这位植物学家的谈话。
由此可见，倾听是一种多么重要的沟通方式，只有那些善于倾听别人谈话的人才能够做到宾客盈门，拥有众多的朋友。因此，在日常的学习生活中，我们必须要学会善于利用我们的耳朵，让自己成为他人忠实的听众，做一个懂得倾听别人话语的人。
不过，倾听虽然看起来容易，做起来却不简单。学会倾听，就应该注意以下几点：
（1）兴趣与注意。要想耐心的倾听别人讲话，首先应对别人发生兴趣，最重要的是谈话中应先顾及对方的问题，自己的事情先放一边，其他的一切事情也不要提起。倾听时，眼睛注意讲话的人，将注意力始终集中在别人谈话的内容上，给予对方一个畅所欲言的空间，不抢话题，态度要认真、耐心、虚心。
（2）接受与尊重。交谈时，通过赞同的微笑、肯定的点头，或者手势、体态等作出积极的反应，表现出对谈话内容的兴趣和对说话者的接纳。
在倾听他人讲话时，还必须抑制你想要发表有关自己的话题的强烈愿望，这是一种自我锻炼。实际上，这不仅要限制自己的讲话频率，而且还要把你发自内心的想要倾听他人讲话的真诚感情更清楚地显示出来。
（3）引深话题。通过对某些谈话内容的重复和对说话者情感的重述，或通过提出某些恰当的问题，表现出对谈话内容的理解，同时帮助对方完成叙述，从而使话题进一步深入。做一个出色的听者，并非一声不吭，守口如瓶。实际上，谈话是在两个人相互交流、互相观察的互动中进行的，让对方自己表达自己的思想，在对方讲话结束时，提出问题，就是向对方传达你在倾听他的讲话这一事实。

读了《汤姆.索亚历险记》，汤姆在历险中遇到困难、不怕挫折的精神也令我敬佩，因为挫折不是魔鬼，成功不是天使，人不可一帆风顺，只要敢于面对挫折和挑战，才能取得成功。并且我还深深领悟到：

今天我演讲的题目是我最喜欢的一本书----《中华五千年》。
我们都知道读书是一种享受和幸福。抓住它，它是神圣的，打开它，它是万能的，读它，它是美妙的。
我从小就和书结下了不解之缘。“读书使人明智。”这是英国科学家培根的至理名言。
是啊，阅读历史同样可以使人聪明，使人睿智，那么这本《中华五千年》就是我最理想的选择。
我喜欢阅读的课外书有很多，比如：《同步作文》、《童话》、《小山屋作业》、《中华五千年》、《唐诗》、《神话》等等……但是我最喜欢的还是《中华五千年》了。
《中华五千年》主要讲了：中华五千年的历史，生动有趣地介绍了中国历史上重大的历史事件，重要的历史人物和历史现象。这本书总结了不同时期创造的灿烂文化。
也概括了中国远古至辛亥革命时期的重大历史事件及各时期的科技、文化、艺术和经济，给我们提供了一个更加透彻的了解中国的载体。
中国是一个伟大的国家，是一个有着五千年历史的文明古国，在漫长的历史进程中，发生了许多历史事件，涌现过许多优秀的人物。而《中华五千年》这本书则把这些事和人描写的更加淋漓尽致。
当我打开古代历史时，可以看到五千年的历史。圣人来了，岳飞的忠心，诸葛亮的智慧，夸父的坚持等等。一代代风流人物的精神让我崇拜。这是中国人民和中华民族的骄傲。
我喜欢这本书，它使我懂得了：从古至今，多少岁月的沧桑全都凝聚定格在这里，历史上的真善美和假恶丑都可以一览尽知。这本书使我读了很多历史知识，甚至是我以前不知道的知识。
在浩瀚的历史长河中，中华民族五千年文明书写着她永不停息的对美好幸福的追求，展示着她永不磨灭的对民主富强的探寻。她的悠久历史和灿烂文明从未中断过。尽早地阅读这些历史故事，不仅可以学到知识，还可以懂得一些做人的道理，在我们幼小的心灵里播下知识的种子和为人处事、应酬帷幄的智慧。

接到要在教师节发言的通知，内心很是忐忑。一方面不知道说些什么，另一方面我也不是一个愿意在正式场合发言的人。每一次发言都记得很清晰，第一次是14届九年级毕业典礼，第二次是15届九年级百日誓师大会。对于18届，三年也没有在大型集会上发过言。今天站在这里，尤其是在教师节发言，我觉得自己还有欠缺。寥寥几言，还请大家多担待。
20xx年8月，当我第一次来到郑州一中国际航空港实验学校，学校周围还是桃树林、枣树林，作为一位语文老师，我可以说满眼的桃花灿烂，枣树遒劲，但买所有东西都要去薛店，甚至刚开始走二十多分钟，这时我才明白生活的艰辛。但我没有一丝失落，因为条件更差的学校也待过，我明白，来了就是老师，就是肩负着教书育人的责任。工作后，我对自己的要求就是做好自己，不负良心。七年来，我一直践行着自己的初心，不曾改变。记得高三那一年，我的数学老师改变了我，让我一个文科生的数学能考到140多，他真正影响了我，现在我对高三班主任的印象已经模糊，但对数学虎老师的课堂和板书仍然记忆犹新。xx年带九年级班主任，学生体育考试回到学校是十一点，在车上还给学生说回学校了上一节语文课，但进了一趟办公室再回班，学生全睡着了，我轻轻的关上门，慢慢的把凳子放在讲台上，静静地看着学生们。这个细节是学生毕业后给我写的信里提到的，那个学生说正是这样轻轻关门、缓放板凳地举动，让她明白了为他人着想的美，让她学会了从细节处做一个文明人。我也懂了：教师真的能改变一个学生!我在传承!不忘初心，我相信教师这个职业依然是神圣的，教师依然是学生最信赖的港湾!有人说：“只有火才能点燃火，只有心才能塑造心。”对此，我深以为然!因为一中每一位老师都在这样做着。
七年的教学生涯，我一刻也不敢放松对教学的要求，我深知自己的教学能力还不够突出，所以我必须要踏踏实实备课，勤勤恳恳学习，不断提升自己的教学水平，由模仿他人到探索自己的方法，几年来在同事们的帮助下也有了小的进步。一个教师优秀与否不仅看他的教育教学成绩，还要看他对学生的提升、对自己的提升。说实话，我也感觉自己这些年成长很快，七年时间，从一枚小鲜肉变成了老腊肉。成长不仅体现在头发的多少和体重的增长上，也表现在和老师们的沟通交流合作中，体现在与学生的共同成长中。更体现在每一位老师的变化上，像鹏达的头发，信宇的肤色，这在语文上叫侧面描写。我更奇怪的是，男老师越来越沧桑，女老师们却越来越年轻，越来越漂亮，一中真是一个神奇的地方。在一中这个大家庭里，我们都感受到了极大的快乐!有你们，真好!

一年级学生教师节演讲稿5
尊敬的各位领导、各位同仁：
大家下午好!金秋九月，惠风和畅，丹桂飘香。一年一度教师节，一生一世师者心。此刻站在这里，十分感动，感谢开发区领导的关心重视，感谢学校领导、老师们的肯定与信任。此刻，我内心有点忐忑，因为比我优秀的老师，龙安中学有许多，我所做的都是该做的，离真正优秀还很遥远。
从两千多里外的故乡陕西来到龙安，是命运突如其来的安排，也是我在百般纠结之后的主动选择。两年前，对龙安中学的认知，除了在网站上搜索到的简单介绍以及我先生传给我的两张照片外，全凭想象。当我还在犹豫的时候，素未谋面的欣恋校长的电话成了打破平衡的砝码。有这样一位充满人文关怀，锐意进取的校长，这必然是一个值得期待的地方。来到龙安，龙中人的热情、执着、敬业，时至今日，让我依然满心感动，深深的震撼纷至沓来。感谢学校老师们的帮助，生进主任、祖满老师……老师们无私的帮助给了我一个异乡人如家的温暖;董校长常常说起开发区领导及社会贤达对教育的重视与投入，让我感到作为龙安教师沉甸甸的责任;六楼校长办公室的深夜灯火，泽然副校长风风火火忙碌的身影，让我受到深深的感召;发清老师勤谨严格的作风、丽辉老师的深刻思考探索、碧容老师的规范管理心灵培育，绍倍老师对学生的耐心讲解，私改老师的兢兢业业……龙安中学每一位教职工，每一个平凡的名字，在我眼中心里都以励志进取无私奉献的形象定格……这样的集体，哪里容得我丝毫懈怠，唯有尽心竭力，携手共进。
传道授业解惑，教师的庄严使命要靠琐细的工作去完成，回望过去的一年，在战战兢兢如履薄冰之中，所幸我用心做过实实在在的事。一年里，作为班主任，作为两个班的语文老师，除了出外培训，每一个早晨我都提前十分钟准时走进教室，指导孩子们开始早读从无例外;放学之后常常留下没有完成学习任务的学生补课过关;自费买来阅读书籍放在教室供学生阅览;坚持批改每一个学生的成长心语力图走进他们的心灵，并不在意繁重的作业批改常常需要熬夜完成;在学生的作文里发现智慧的火花，在课堂上捕捉精彩的瞬间，以镜头笔墨记录传递，激励他们灵性释放智慧迸溅;了解每一个学生的情况，关注每一点细微的变化，跟家长沟通，不管是不是休息日或者休息时间;购买了十余本语文教学专著研读，提高自己的教学能力;参加了福建省乡村教师培训，汇报课获得名师应永恒老师高度评价;认真参加福鼎市教研活动，获得了进修校长中研室林为挺老师和郑宣福老师的关注认可;任教班级学生语文成绩由第一学期半期考的福鼎市十二名提高到第八名、第六名……一分辛苦一分收获，未必;十分努力一分收获，必然。教育永远充满了遗憾，一心赤诚两年勤谨，幸未辱命。
两千里山水迢迢，我来奔赴一场生命的邀约;两年来晨昏不辨，陪伴一段成长的旅程;愿在余下的教学生涯，把教育的痴心、不老的激情献给我的第二故乡——龙安。
做幸福的老师，创造成功的教育，与在座的诸位领导、同仁执着前行，谱写龙安教育流光溢彩的诗篇，锻造龙安人幸福鼎盛的明天。
